Dispatch
Orders placed by 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at the weekend, are dispatched on the next working day.
Every trim is one of a kind, so the trim you receive is the exact one pictured on the product page.

Customs, duties and taxes
EU orders: import duties and taxes are prepaid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Orders outside the UK and EU may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are set by local customs and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details where the service provides them.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is damaged or incorrect. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery times above, email us and we'll chase it with the carrier.
